Applications for participation will be accepted from

Applications can be made via

1) F/TOnline Ticket（24 hours, free of charge registration required）

＊Your tour ticket will be handed out to you at the box office on the day of the performance.

2) At F/T Station（open from 12:00－19:00, in front of Tokyo Metropolitan Art Space, close to Ikebukuro Station）
The F/T Station will be closed on the following dates: Nov 24/Nov 30/Dec 7/Dec 14
＊One applicant can apply for a maximum of two tour tickets.

Charge

Participation in the tour is free of charge. But for each tour ticket issued, a handling fee of 300 Yen will be charged.

Please note

＊ Unfortunately we cannot accept application via telephone.

＊ Please note, that after once you applied for participation in the tour, cancellation is not possible.
＊ If you come late to the starting point of the tour, you cannot participate in the performance.
＊ We ask for your kind understanding that the participation of preschool children in the tour is not allowed due to safety reasons.
＊ Applications for participation in the tour on the day of the performance are accepted at the box office (starting point of the tour) from 14:30 in case there are remaining seats in the truck. In case, the tour is fully booked, further applicants will be put on a waiting list.

Box office

The box office at the starting point of the tour will be operated from 14:30 – 14:55. If you arrive later than 14:55 your tour ticket will become invalid and your seat in the truck cannot be kept. It is furthermore not possible to join the tour en route.

Notes for participation in the tour

1 "Cargo Tokyo-Yokohama" is a performance, in which the audience is invited to take a seat in the back of a converted truck and to go on a tour through the city. Due to this, the ending point differs from the starting point of the tour. We kindly ask for your understanding that the train fare to the starting point and from the ending point of the tour has to be covered by yourself.
2 After the tour has started it is not possible to get off the truck for the full length of the tour (app. 2 hours). Please note, that there is no lavatory in the truck. A public toilet is available close to the starting point of the tour.
3 We kindly ask every participant, to use the seatbelts, which the seats in the truck are equipped with.
4 The duration of the tour is app. two hours. Please note, that the duration can be longer due to the traffic situation on the day of the performance.

Starting Point: Parking of Crystal Yacht Club (5-minutes walk from Tennozu Isle Station / 10 minutes from Shinagawa Station by bus)
Ending Point: Minato Mirai Area of Yokohama City (Access to Minato Mirai Line, Bashamichi Station (10min) and JR Line, Sakuragicho Station (15min)

Starting point

Parking of Crystal Yacht Club (Tokyo, Shinagawa-ku, Higashi-Shinagawa 5-9-16)

5 minutes walk from Tennozu Isle Station (Tokyo Monorail/Rinkai Line)
Please take the South Exit of the Tokyo Monorail or the Exit A of the Rinkai Line and cross the bridge with the blue balustrade (Shinagawa Pier Bridge).
After crossing the bridge, please turn to the left and walk along the clubhouse app. 50 meters.

Bus: Toei Bus No. 99 "Shinagawa Pier Circle" from Shinagawa Station, East Exit (Konan Exit), Bus Gate No 8. Get off at the bus stop “Crystal Yacht Club” (App. 10 minutes from Shinagawa Station)
Taxi: From the East Exit (Konan Exit) of Shinagawa Station about 6 minutes by taxi.
＊　Please refrain from coming to the starting point of "Cargo Tokyo-Yokohama" by car.

Ending point

From the ending point the stations "Bashamichi" (Minato Mirai Line) and "Sakuragicho" (JR Line) are accessible within 10-15 minutes.
