Yujiro Sagami　Director / video artist / designer

Born in Fukui in 1982. Graduated from Kyoto University of Art and Design, Department of Film Production, and Department of Performing Arts. His film, "Anaru" (Anal), and theatre production, "SM," was selected for Best Picture and Best Production in the University's Graduation Exhibition. Sagami began his film making since 2000 and has released his film internationally. In 2004 he began directing theatre productions. He works respectively with both film and theatre in means to challenge himself in capturing the essence of drama and human body.
